While online booking may not always be available to the general public to prioritize our existing clients, we warmly welcome new clients. The optimal way to initiate your journey with us is by joining our waitlist here.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, requiring you to cancel or reschedule your appointment. We kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice for any changes to your scheduled appointment to avoid incurring a cancellation or rescheduling fee.
Cancellation/Rescheduling Fee:
Cancellations or rescheduling made with at least 24 hours' notice incur no fee, while cancellations or rescheduling made with less than 24 hours' notice will result in a 50% charge of the service fee.
We value the time of both our clients and our team. Providing at least 24 hours' notice allows us the opportunity to fill the appointment slot with another client who may be waiting for an opening. This helps us maintain the quality of service and ensures that our team can accommodate as many clients as possible.
How to Cancel or Reschedule
You can cancel your appointment with more than 24 hours' notice by responding to the text or email confirmation you receive when the appointment is booked. Alternatively, you can send a text to the salon number to inquire about more suitable rescheduling times, or you can also use text to cancel.
